The Prospect Series Tier II will consist of 12 games and 8 hours of on-ice practice time. The program will begin in early April and come to an end at the end of May.
The Prospect Series Tier II will feature a minimum of 8 hours on-ice training designed with the objective of improving the players fundamental skills as well as developing team concepts. Individual teams will also have the option of increasing the number of on-ice training sessions by acquiring additional ice times from the Atlantic Hockey Group.
NOTE: Goaltenders will take part in our exclusive goaltending clinics featuring highly qualified instructors.
The 2016 program will consist of a 12 games league schedule (including playoff games). Games will take place on weekends where our teams will play two games in one day. All Divisions will feature games of two 12 and one fifteen minutes stop time periods.
The New Brunswick / PEI Prospect Series will take place at the Red Ball Internet Centre(Moncton 4-Plex), Memramcook, JK Irving Centre(Bouctouche), RNS Arena (Rothesay), Miramichi, Summerside Charlottetown and Pownal, PEI. Games and practices will take place in those same facilities.
Every effort will be made to reduce the amount of traveling time for the participants. This will be taken into consideration when team selection takes place. It will be our goal to group together players from a common area and have them practice at the nearest location. Games however could take place in any of the facilities described above.
