2027 NB/PEI PROSPECTS SERIES
About the Prospects Series
The basic objective of the Prospect Series is to provide the opportunity for players, male and female, to improve their hockey skills in a fun and positive environment. Our objective will be accomplished by bringing together a group of committed players under the direction of qualified coaches. The program has been designed to find the proper balance of on-ice training as well as competitive games. The 2027 Prospects Series will feature two tiers of play to ensure their development at the proper level.
TIER 1
The 2027 Prospect Series Tier 1 program will feature teams at the U9 (2019-2018), U11 (2017-2016), U13 (2015-2014), and U15 (2013-2012). The Tier 1 program has been established to provide the opportunity for players to continue their development in a high level program with the goal of reaching the AAA level of play.
TIER 2
The 2027 Prospect Series Tier 2 program will feature teams at the U9 (2019-2018), U11 (2017-2016), U13 (2015-2014), and U15 (2013-2012) levels. The Tier 2 program has been established to provide the opportunity for players to continue their development in a well structured program with the goal of reaching for a higher level of play.
Format
Tier 1: Players at the A/AA level as well as a limited number of AAA players will be eligible. Teams will be selected by invitation from the individual coaching staffs.
Tier 2: Players competing at the recreational as well as a limited number of competitive A and B levels will be eligible to participate.
All team rosters will comprise of 2 goaltenders, 6 defencemen and 9 forwards. The teams will be selected by invitation from the individual coaching staffs.
The 2026 program will consist of a 12 game schedule (including playoffs). Games will take place on weekends where our teams will play two games in one day. The games will feature two 12 and one fifteen minutes periods. The schedule will be geared to reduce travel cost by limiting overnight stays.
The Prospect Series will feature a minimum of 8 hours on -ice training designed with the objective of improving the players fundamental skills as well as developing team concepts. Individual teams will also have the option of increasing the number of on-ice training sessions by acquiring additional ice times from the Atlantic Hockey Group.
NOTE: Goaltenders will take part in our exclusive goaltending clinics featuring highly qualified instructors from the Atlantic Goaltending Academy.
The Atlantic Cup will feature Prospect Series teams from the provinces of NS, NB, PEI and NL. The tournament will take place in Halifax in late May or early June. Note: The Tournament is an optional event, therefore not included in the registration fee.

About the Program
The basic objective of the Elite Hockey Program is to provide the opportunity for advanced hockey players, male and female, to progress to the next level of play. This is accomplished by bringing together a group of advanced players under the direction of highly qualified coaches.
The 2027 NB/PEI Elite Program will play under the banner of the NB Alliance. The NB Alliance is a team comprised of top players from the Atlantic Hockey Group, Champions Hockey, and Gusto Hockey.

NS AAA Series
2027 NS AAA SERIES
About the Program
The 2027 “AAA” Series will feature regional teams based out of the four Atlantic Provinces and Quebec. Our teams will have the opportunity to compete against the most advanced players and teams based out of NS, PEI and NL through our league play as well as our series of tournaments. Levels for our 2027 program will include our Super 7 (born in 2020) to our U15 division (born in 2013/12).
Format
Minis Program: will consist of a 12-hour on-ice training program with the option of attending a Jamboree at the end of the season. The Jamboree will include 3 hours of games (6 mini-games of 30 minutes). This event will be held in Moncton on 3rd or 4th weekend of May.
Super 7 Program (2020 Born): This program features 8 league games, the Atlantic Cup Jamboree on the 3rd or 4th weekend of May (4 games), 8 hours of high-level on ice training – including specialized sessions for goaltenders. All players will get game jerseys/socks, a practice jersey, as well as medals. The Atlantic Cup Jamboree will feature regional Super 7 teams from NB, NS, PEI, NL, and Quebec.
U9 Divisions (2019/2018) will feature tournament play with events taking place in NB, PEI, and NS. Each event will feature a minimum of 4 games. A total of 3 tournaments including the Atlantic Cup will be included. Atlantic Cup Tournament to take place in Moncton or Halifax. The tournament will feature “AAA” teams from NS, PEI, NL, and Quebec.
U11 Divisions (2017 & 2016) will feature tournament play. Our teams will participate in 3 spring tournaments with each team playing a minimum of 4 games per tournament. Regional teams from the 4 Atlantic Provinces will take part in our 2027 program.
U13 (2015/2014) & U15 (2013/2012) Divisions will feature tournament play. Our teams will participate in 3 spring tournaments with each team playing a minimum of 4 games per tournament. Regional teams from the 4 Atlantic Provinces will take part in our 2027 program.

The program has been established to provide the opportunity for female players to continue their development in a well structured program with the goal of reaching for a higher level of play.

GAMES: The 2027 program will consist of three female tournaments. All divisions will feature games of two 12 and one fifteen minutes stop time periods.
PRACTICES: The AAA Series will feature a minimum of 8 hours on-ice training designed with the objective of improving the players fundamental skills as well as developing team concepts. Individual teams will also have the option of increasing the number of on-ice training sessions by acquiring additional ice times from the Atlantic Hockey Group. NOTE: Goaltenders will take part in our exclusive goaltending clinics featuring highly qualified instructors from the Atlantic Goaltending Academy.
TEAM SELECTION: The teams will be selected by invitations from our coaching staff. Team rosters will comprise of 2 goaltenders, 6 defencemen and 9 forwards
